  • 12/31/05 - In The Subterranean Realms:
    • Added a 22% chance of finding scrolls in the rats nest. Also reduced chance of getting rope and torches there, by 11% each.
    • Increased the chance to defeat the ghost in the cellar by 5%.
  • 12/31/05 - Changed 'donate' to '$ credits $' and 'payment'.
  • 12/30/05 - Added icons for the buildable items. Thanks to Tom Gale.
  • 10/23/05 - Added a new buildable item: the Astrolabe, which gives a player the ability to estimate their final score while in the middle of a game, as well as possibly see some other calculations, depending on the game.
  • 10/18/05 - Added a new buildable item: the Angelic Gemstone, which makes an account permanent.
  • 10/14/05 - Changed the credit bonus for winning, by adding a +1 bonus for getting a personal high score, and reducing the bonus by 1 for free heroes. See more
  • 10/07/05 - Reduced the cost of The Lost City to 4 credits, and made it a basic game, free to players with a Shrine of Heroes.
  • 08/22/05 - Added a small chance that paid for heroes can get unlimited turns for free.
  • 08/19/05 - In The Great Desert:
    • New random encounters: Sand Shrine, and Sandstorm.
    • Traders now trade at 2 junk for 1 food, instead of 3 for 1.
    • Wandering Mystic gives much better rewards, and is different depending on your stats.
    • You can no longer study at the generic Ruins.
    • Monk power now gives a small amount of tranquility each turn, even if you don't meditate.
    • Baboon power does an additional mysterious thing.
    • High scores reset.
  • 06/24/05 - In The Great Desert:
    • Concentration doubles tranquility made, instead of giving a small bonus and decreasing the time to maximum focus.
    • Monk: tranquility bonus increased by x3, focus bonus by 20% (you get to maximum focus faster).
    • When meditating, knowledge is half as useful as it was, and focus starts 10% lower (it now takes longer to get to maximum focus).
    • If people leave due to hunger while you are meditating, your focus drops to 0, unless you have concentration, and then it drops by 1.
    • Knowledge gained from exploring the Ruins of Ashkelon reduced to 1 to 5 per person, down from 1 to 10 per person.
    • Philosopher power now brings +2 knowledge a turn, up from +1.
  • 04/24/05 - In The Great Desert:
    • Changed to side controls on the action screen.
    • Increased the amount of junk and food brought by the small band when you are wandering, to x6 and x2 respectively.
    • Renamed "meditation level" as "focus", and added it to the main display.
  • 04/22/05 - Added the first draft of an RSS feed for the news, messages, and latest change.
  • 03/24/05 - In The Well:
    • Added Treasure Chambers, which show up randomly, and let you take a risk for more treasure.
    • Added Imps. They also show up randomly...and are pesky.
    • Increased bonuses for the scroll of knowledge, potion of vitalization, and elixir of skill.
  • 03/15/05 - Added an editable note for each hero, to keep track of your strategies, goals, thoughts.
  • 03/03/05 - The Forgotten Forest, a new online game, released. It features icons like the Alien Journey, but this is a full length, non-losable adventure.
  • 02/07/05 - Food cellar updated so that you can buy turns directly to it, and also distribute stored turns evenly among heroes from it.
  • 01/25/05 - Reduced the cost of UNLIMITED TURNS for heroes. (By 1 to 9 credits)
  • 01/17/05 - In the Ruins of Ashkelon:
    • Difficulty of the falling bricks increased to 7.
    • Chance of encountering falling bricks reduced to 60%.
    • Heroes created free because of the shrine now start with fixed strength, dexterity, charisma and health (2/2/2/4). To prevent create/delete cycle to get a better starting hero.
  • 01/10/05 - $ to credit rate for donations changed to $1 = 2 credits, from $1 = 1 credit.
  • 01/06/05 - Original game Angelus the Necromancer for PALM OS released.
  • 01/02/05 - In The Celestial Tower: The refreshing fountain is 25% more likely to be found in the entryway, and the entryway can't be explored if you have maximum energy. These changes are to help speed play.
  • 01/02/05 - In The Ancient Catacombs:
    • Mystic armor reduces monster awareness by 1 a turn.
    • Runic shield breaks 5% less easily.
    • Fixed bug that gave negative exp from training.
